We have been brought to a foreign land, No matter where they dropped us, we are allways idenifiable, For we are creators of Music, a music which conveys who we are, where we have come from & where we are going. Our joys and pains. We have ARRisen for THE Occassions, we are able to take our life experience and turn it into Song. Our life experience whether good, bad or indifferent and turn it into a universal language... Music.
We have taken a word that a man could not pronounce (Nigeria, Niger, ) A place on our African continent. THERE ignorance of language and pronounciation, which they called "nigger as a derogortory statement and turn into a term of endearment. We are a POWERFILLED People.
We took scrapes the master wouldnt eat and created a food which is World Renowned all over the world. WE ARE TREND SETTERS, WE create and our style is sought after.WE ARE MAGNIFICENT people. It is thought that we have been denied opportunity, but when we sought after, what they said we couldnt have or attain, We ROSE to every Occassion, and meet the Oppressor equally & Skillfully, with magnificent endurance. After being denied it took us no time to catch up, beyond & above. We have the ability to take another man's trash to create Master pieces. WE ARE POWERFUL.
